MASTER TRAINER LES MILLS BODYBALANCE

Linda Chambers is one of the most talented and inspirational fitness experts in the Middle East. She is the creator of the CROSSOVER2YOGA program, which is a mobility program based on the principles of Yin yoga to enhance movement quality and joint range of motion.

Linda qualified as a yoga teacher from the prestigious Ashiyana Yoga School in 2010 and she is now a master trainer for Les Mills BODYBALANCE, which is a fusion of yoga, pilates and Tai Chi.

Since 2007, she has trained over 1000 instructors in BODYBALANCE in the Middle East. Linda is a highly sought after educator and is a regular presenter at conferences around the world. She is also one-half of the power couple behind 1SIX8, which is a new brand of revolutionary boutique group training studios opening throughout the UAE.  

Her current role is head consultant on a huge international project based in Saudi Arabia, developing and rolling out female fitness facilities. She also regularly contributes to various health, fitness and lifestyle publications including Women’s Health.
